The State of Renewable Energies in Europe' is a synthesis of the technology Barometers published during 2009. The publication gives detailed capacity and renewable energy performance data for all 27 Member States of the European Union including the data on biogas, biofuels, municipal solid waste and solid biomass (pages 52-80). The publication concludes with seven country case studies, where specific regions are particularly strong in renewable energy industry in the following countries: Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden and Slovakia (pages 136-163).
